Where exactly is the Austin F1 circuit?

Have a board meeting in Dallas next week, which I've managed to overlap with the Austin Grand Prix :-) As such, be rude not to go! However, I can't find the exact location on the web - although I admit to being a numpty!

It is about 3 a bit hours drive from DFW to Austin or regular flights down in around 50 minutes or so.

Am driving down on the Friday - staying in a local crappy hotel (no bar!!!) for $400 a night!!!!
