What is going on with logging into the classifieds?

I've tried my username and my email address but I cannot log in to submit an advert. Can someone please help?

The old system was so much better to host an advert.

Do you think I don't know that? Do you think I didn't try resetting my password in an attempt to get it to log in.

Obviously there is a problem which is why I raised the topic....

He wasn't being a smart arse, he was trying to help, just in case you were using the wrong username. Please don't talk to our team like that.

I was genuinely trying to help you.

You said you were unsure of your username, so I told you what it was. Your account looks fine, so resetting your password is the next logical step.

Have your checked your spam filter for an e-mail from us?

Also I can confirm your password on the new classifieds is still the same as it was on the old classifieds.

I'm not sure where you have got that from - no where did I state I was unsure of my username - hence my reaction and belief you were taking the mickey.

My apologies for causing offence when you were genuinely trying to help.

I inferred it as you tried both your forum username and your e-mail address to log in, suggesting you didn't know which one was your classifieds username.

So have you successfully logged in?
