Classifieds - Not sending me confirmation e-mails

I am trying to place ads on the classifieds and each time I try to place one it tells me that is sending a confirmation e-mail to me that I need to respond to before progressing. I am not receiving these e-mails. I have checked the address I have entered and that the account is working my end. I am also received e-mails using my accout from other PHers without problem so no problems there. Help.
