Inversion table
Discussion
Apparently, and I can't remember where I read this, hence why I say apparently... if you spend enough time upside down, your brain eventually flips the view you have of the world and it doesn't take long to do. Of course it flips back too after a similar amount of time but it must be a bit of an rse if you're in that thing and the doorbell goes. heh
Great for situps otherwise.

hanging from your ankles from a chin up bar is not like an inversion table!
It isn't?C'mon. It's got nothing to do with stretching out your intervertebral discs. Keep up at the back.

I'd like to 'try before I buy'. I can see it being the kind of 'impulse' buy that'll get used twice then take up space in the garage forever-more, unless it's any good as a clothes horse.
Before I buy, anyone want a hardly used second had example just before Christmas?
I have would you believe two of these if anyone wants them? Before I buy, anyone want a hardly used second had example just before Christmas?
One is still boxed never opened, the other no box but never assembled.

It isn't?Hanging from something without the lower end touching the floor, in any form, has the same effect, stretching out your intervertebral discs, which is what an inversion table does.

Almost. I bought one but couldn't get it assembled - I think there was a dodgy weldnut or something.
I called them to get it sorted and they just sent another and didn't want the original returned.
Couldn't be arsed once I got it.
How much for the unassembleable one; I like a challenge and I know someone who might appreciate it as a chrimbo present.I called them to get it sorted and they just sent another and didn't want the original returned.
Couldn't be arsed once I got it.
