Mouldy interior
Discussion
Mrs.NCoT's Puma has been unused for a couple of weeks and is clearly getting damp somehow inside. No obvious leaks, but that's something I need to investigate.
Anyway, lots of mould on the rear seats. As we have a 3 week old baby I need to make sure it is properly clean. What is the best way to clean it off properly? I have various automotive interior shampoos but I'm assuming I need something chemically to get rid of the mould itself. I seem to remember dispatching the mould on the inside of my MX-5 roof with a damp cloth...
I've ordered a couple of silica gel bags that I'm going to leave in it, but I'm not sure how to get it properly dry in the current weather... Already had a 40 minute run with the heater on and it was just hot and damp!

Hopefully it doesn't look as bad as the Audi in this link. Should give you some direction as to what to use:
