Credit where its due - F1 autocentre Leicester

Monday evening my n/s/f wheel starts to make a horrible grating sound when on the move
I tested the breaks and the steering = no problems
I looked around the wheel = nothing
Felt wheel = cold
The rubbing grating metal type sound continued so at 830 this morning I took it into the leicester F1 autocentre and asked if I could wait until they could look at it
I expected a long wait and possibly a hefty bill !!
At 0850 I was pulling out and no charge so I left them cash for a drink
It was a stone caught between something and a backplate whatever that is (me mechanically challenged)
They had it up on the hoist and even gave it a short test drive
We often complain about these types of places so I thought it would be nice to give some good feedback
