Can anyone recommend a supplier/breaker for G50 gearboxes?

Phoned a few in the back of 911 World and so far have found 1, a G50/03 1 L from a 964 C2 (full no/ at work!) for £1250.

Cheers

Michael

Personally, I would get one from Ultima.

That way you do get a guarantee for a year.

I think you'll find that Ultima buy up a lot of them anyway and have good relationships with the breakers.

That way, you'll know what you're getting, it will come with the right bits (which are expensive and can be hard to source if you don't get them with the 'box - clutch fork etc.) and the prices are pretty hard to beat.

Just a Note:-
Band new Clutch Fork, Pivot shaft, bearings, seals and Slave cylinder wher under £175, when I had to buy them for my Gearbox.

Right, so what you're saying is that you had to shell out another 175 quid then?

All those bits came with mine, which is the point I was trying to make.
