rough running

Wonder if anybody can help had my mot a month ago was told my emissions were high on tickover used the car yesterday it ran rough on tickover when cold and wanted to stall once warmed up was like normal wondered if anybody else have had the same cheers

What does the diagnostic software say? Adaptives, fault codes, lambda sensor readings?

Thanks for that will have a look on site . I think it couple be adaptives as i adjusted my tickover in the summer then later found out you have to reset after

With the older ECU you just need a serial lead Chris, just undo the small bolts holding the cover plate onto the ECU case (3mm allen) and you will see a 9 pin serial port in the middle of the board, provided you have the older MBE 941 ECU. If you have a later car hopefully you already have 3 pin connector wired into the ECU loom. If not you have to add your own connector - you can get the extra pins you need to do this from S B Developments among others.
