David Bowie and the Moomins?

Having heard David Bowie's "Sorrow" on the radio a few times recently, the other day I was looking at a website for nostalgic 90s kids and saw an episode of the Moomins.

Now, is it just me that thinks their theme tune owes more than a fair bit to Bowie?
