Best Uses for a V8?

Daydreaming in the classifieds this morning, I found this;

It must be known that I'm in no way affiliated with the sale, but if a Mod wants to remove the link, feel free.
I realise you could stick it in an Ultima or other Kit Car, but there must be some unusual uses that I have never thought of?

Probably better off with a Chevy LS to be honest. The Audi lump is ok, but it's longer, taller, wider and heavier than a Chevy lump. Plus less tunable, smaller after market and more costly to extract more power from and maintain.
A great engine - but you'd have to "want" it to be one of those to make it worth the cost IMO.
