BP Garage has been doing me out of Nectar Points!!

A BP Garage in Londn I have been using for the last year has been doing me out of Nectar pionts. To cut a long story short I caught the robbing b******d out yesterday when I gave him a tripple pionts voucher. He scanned my nectar card (the wrong way up) gave me it back with my credit card receipt. On asking for a proper receipt he sh!t his pants and asked for my card back to which he scan properly and gave me my recipt. It wasnt till I was half way home I remebered giving him the tripple pionts vocher to which he hadnt used. Check on online statement, only a handful of times in the last year has he ever scanned my card for pionts.
No if he done this to every other customer I recon he would make a small fortune. Especailly if he were to save up the tripple pionts and wait for a lorry to fill up with 200 Litres or something.

I'm considering having it out with the garage but I'll definatley be emailing nectar so follow PH's beware!!

I thought it was a known fact that probably every worker there has a points card which they swipe if the customer doesn't have one..

granted, if a customer dosnt have a card, swipe away, but to do people out of them for gain is plain wrong in my books.

Just compile a spreadsheet of every purchase an next to that the NPs awarded or missed.

Calculate what you should be owed and then write to Nector Points also copying in the right department for BP franchises requesting the taken points be placed on your account and giving them first option ahead of the Police to deal with the garage in question.

It seems a small matter, I've never bothered with any points systems as I don't believe in being tied to a brand but if someone has made that contract then they are being robbed and should take the matter seriously if it has been a regular event.
