Removing rear (left) door card on W221 S Class

Hi

Could someone please give me some instructions as to how to remove a door card on a W221 S class? I need to replace the outer door handle a power latch but cannot figure out how the door card comes off. I've looked at american instructions but they seem different to the UK spec car? I can only see one torx screw underneath the armrest. That's it.

I believe the car is a facelift model if that makes a difference
