Strava & Garmin Edge 500 - date/time incorrect

When i connect up my Garmin to Strava and get to the screen to pick which activities to upload the "new activities" listed have the wrong dates and times (they are only slightly out, maybe a day or a number of hours, but nothing consistent it seems).
Once uploaded the dates and times are changed and are correct.
If i upload them to Garmin Connect they are fine but if i save the GPX from Garmin Connect and manually upload it to Strava the date/time is also stated incorrectly like it was direct from the Garmin.
My date and time on my actual Garmin are correct as is the start date/times of activities when i check the activities on the Garmin.
Anyone else had this?
It was fine up to about a week or 2 ago so thinking its maybe the clocks going back a week or 2 ago that has screwed something up on Strava. I'm as sure as i can be its the Strava site though!
