Who here likes or listens to them? I'm going to this on Saturday at the Manchester Apollo and I cant wait. I appreciate that they are an acquired taste but I thought I'd ask.

I am a glam metal fan and I do like Steel Panther and they do have some good tracks, but I just can't take them seriously. I havn't seen them live but they are supposed to be great, I was going to go to the Newcastle gig last night but I couldn't find a babysitter. A friend of mine will be opening for Steel Panther at the Manchester gig, you'll have to tell me what there like on a stage that isn't in a pub or nightclub!

Falling Red their called. I wish I could of gone down on Saturday, always seems to be a good rock crowd in Manchester.

A lad I know is one of the roadie or stage crew guys for Falling Red or whatever they are called, so I've seen a few things on facebook about the tour. I like Steel Panther, but I didn't bother getting a ticket when they were £15, a friend of mine sold his for £80 on the day of the Newcastle gig, not bad going.

I think Steel Panther are great and I'm going to see them in Brizzle next Tuesday. Their lyrics are a bit puerile but you can't fault the quality of the music (IMHO, of course).

Saw them last year, opening for Motley Crue and Def Leppard.

I thought they were awesome, and their lead singer had more of a stage presence than Joe Elliot. A fun band to watch, who certainly enjoy their jobs.

Saw them a couple of times when they were a regular at the House of Blues in Vegas [not sure if they still are].

Great fun. Abiding memory is seeing just about everyone within earshot of the place laughing uncontrollably to Girl from Oklahoma.

Was there at the Apollo in Manchester tonight. Really good fun. We all thought the last gig they did at the academy in March was slightly better as the crowd seems to be more into it. They have just released a live DVD filmed in the UK.
