Can anyone recommend a small waterproof LED you can attach to a Dog collar, so you can keep an eye on them in the dark. The keyring sized ones look good, except they say dont submerge, which is possible.

Thanks

Why not buy one of the LED collars that you can get on eBay?

( ^^ Just an example, there are others on there as well.)

I bought an LED collar for our lurcher which you can set to either flash or shine without flashing, and I wouldn't be without it in winter when we're walking in the dark and she's off exploring the fields!

Bought a couple of those flashing LED keyring things off ebay for our Springer, cheap as chips - 99p delivered. If it gets wet, stick another one on. But I suspect it will take a submerging, it's a screw fit where the batteries go.

Also agree with SGirl, Harry has a LED collar as well. Disco Dog!

I've used "joggers/cyclist arm bands" from aldi for the last 3 years. They're velcro fitting with an elastic section, reflective and a row of LED's. A pack of 4 is £7ish.

I have looked on ebay, but didnt think these LED collars would be as strong as a good old fashioned leather and buckle collar, as its to go on a very big strong german shepard. Any idea where you got the LED you can set to shine? The ones on ebay are stuck on flashing and multi colours.

Perhaps I will get all of the above and see which is better as they arent exactly expensive.

thanks

The LED collar is not a substitute for the leather collar, my Springer wears his as an addition when walking.
