Hi All,

What app free and paid for (Android) is best for measuring a car's performance?

A stopwatch, a passenger and a measured 1/4 mile are the only reliable method.

I have a ODB reader (bluetooth under £10) which i got from Amazon. You plug it in the ODB port on the car.

You can download the Torque app. This allows for automatic 0-60 times 1/4 mile times ETC. The app detects when the car starts to move and once you reach 60 or 1/4 it stops the clock.

Not to mention the app covers all sorts of things from engine revs, temps, boost, vacuum, speed, gps speed, fuel rail pressure, inlet temps, and much more....
