It's not a polish, it's a sealant.
Not being a retail product there is no need for the expense of retail packaging.
Here's another sellers offerings

The problem here is they could very well be valeters supplies that are surplus to requirements, or the unscrupulous could be decanting used packs with who knows what.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Autoglym-Lifeshine-Valet...
Im not saying that of this case, but you never know. I liked the idea of the old supagard sponges, once they were done they were done.

Seem to be plenty selling same stuff on ebay, wonder where it all came from.
Pinched by the in house valeters / staff from their valeting bay! Would imagine there's a fair few surplus kits around at all times seeing as a good 50% + of them never actually make it on to the car despite the customer being charged for it!It's usually the labour / mark up on the product that makes up the bulk of the cost of a protection style valet which a dealer offers at the point of sale. It probably is a gneuine kit at a cheap price but to get the best results, you would have to make sure the car is properly cleaned, clayed, polished, wiped over again to make sure there is no wax/cleaner residue and then apply the product.

As an autoglym trained lifeshine tech you find that the pdi kit will cover more than one car, one size fits all. The surplus is supposed to be kept to help customers if they have paintwork done to re-apply the product, but some people sell it instead
any tips on the best way to apply it as i bought a kit of eBay
