Retro fit heated front seats to an X308 Sovereign 1999 car?

Are all X308s fitted with the same wiring loom, like the XJ40? If so, this will make the job of swapping the front seats very easy.

According to an American forum all the seats have the heating element so all you need is the switches, as you will need these anyway you could just fit them and try? Might save all the hassle of finding and changing the seats.
