Thomas Cook details?

A friend of mine is having real problems with getting redress on a problem he's had with a Thomas Cook holiday - I've suggested he contact the MD or someone suitably senior as the customer service are toeing the "we only have to reply to each email within 28 days" line and he's getting rather hacked off about it.

Does anyone have (or can find, as Google isn't working from the office today for some reason) contact details for someone that might be able to get a response as this has been dragging on since August.

That would have been my personal choice, but he's not in to social media at all...

That Sam address didn't work - it came back with "the address [e-mail] was not found in the recipients email system"....

If he made the booking from within Northern Europe, then it probably falls under Lars Lofgren - Sam seems to have moved on earlier this year.
