Does anyone know how many 991 Cabs have been sold in the UK? I only ask because since I bought mine in June I've only seen one other on the road. In fact yesterday I was parked in a petrol station at Chelford when a guy in a 62 plate Range Rover drove through solely to look at my car.

I've seen a couple, one of them probably being yours, as I live in Chelford. I've also seen a white one parked outside the mini Waitrose in Alderley just a couple of weeks after they came out.

Lovely looking car, by the way.

So far, and after 4 months of ownership I've only seen my own. And damned good looking it is too. Long may the rarity continue.

Well I hope I never see you on the road! Or we'll both be gutted.

Seen a few Cabs, and lots of Coupes.

The Coupe is the classic '911' configuration, but the Cab makes more of a statement (although better looking with the roof up) IMO.

Saw a red cabriolet this morning reg DA** BEO coming through the airport tunnels outside Wilmslow.

Lovely noise. Blips on downchange sounded great too.

According to official figures, I believe that there were a grand total of 13 registered in the UK.

I hope people buy more so I might be able to pick up a cheap one in the future!

In central London I have seen a few in the last weeks. Maybe 5 or 6 in W-SW prime areas. Still not a lot though, same as the coupe. People do stop and stare at mine still which is odd for a 911. Maybe it's the Aqua Blue..

Followed one home in Jersey last night. Only seen one other cab here and a couple of coupes.

I have to say the cab is much better resolved now and look great. Those rear lights looked fantastic at night.

I think I would get more pleasure from a can version.

However I have not seen one new boxster on the road locally which I would have expected to by now.

Same here, 10 months and not seen another on the road (which is nice)

Speculating here but there's around 1,500 991s in the uk so I would figure on around 500 991 cabs

I find this hard to believe, though I've never seen any other than mine. But if true, I'm driving a future classic!!

I've never seen another one on the road either, and I've seen people looking in a 'look a new 911' way. I just put it down to people having them wrapped up for winter, I love mine too much to not drive it :-)

Just realised looking at the OP's original post and profile that the car I saw yesterday was probably him!

Was tongue in cheek. I am sure there are a few more than that!

Hello Ady128 wavey
Sorry Jack, not me! I'm from North Manchester but do have lots of friends from Porsche club in Wilmslow though. Which therefore means there's another one like mine around there!
