Question - cleaning out oil from front tub.

Having now replaced my hydraulic brake booster pump, bled it and done a little test drive , I was wondering if any of you have been faced with this issue of a front tub that's been awash in Pentosin or DOT 4?

For the moment I've kitchen rolled it clean, but that obviously leaves a thin film of brake/hydraulic fluid that is probably not good news for the paint. Should I be in there with hot, detergenty water swabbing it out or is that just going to encouirage rust in the seams that you can't get to dry afterwards?
