I was about to say - why dont you ask the SCP for its pocket change, that should cover the plate and a fleet of new cars

Tell you what. I've got a real problem with the DVLA doing things like this.

They are the first ones to bleat about how th number plates we buy should not be able to be read as anything else other than the letters and numbers to which they refer.

Then they go an issue "Ello, ello" as though their own rules don't apply to themselves.
