Audi A4 2.0 tdi low oil presure

l recently got a problem with my Audi, low oil pressure warning appeared on my instruments. After reading about the fault, which pointed to the oil pump being faulty. l expected a large garage bill, but on inspection the garage informed me, it was my turbo which was faulty. Although on may web sites they all pointed to the oil pump, all the symptoms were the same as oil pump being faulty. My garage bill was sum what cheaper.
