Bulls Eye wheel balancer

Asked about these on the "Home Mechanics" forum and got zilch response so any of you guys got one, used one, had one?

I've Googled reviews and they're pretty much split both ways "great little gadget" to "waste of money" !

Worked for denis welch Motorsport and used these for balancing Heaney wire wheels

Thanks Shaun, I wonder if they had the far more expensive Sealey one ?

think I might just take a chance on the "cheapie" one, worth a try and see how it goes ?


look out for "only used once wheel balancer" on Ebay in a couple of weeks time

Best its going to do is a "near enough" as it only measures static forces and won't tell you which side of the vertical wheel centre the imbalance is.
And that's from someone who sets his tracking with 2 planks and a tape measure.

Fair comment, but as most people don't like weights on the outside of their nice alloys anyway


I think some weights have come off one of my wheels and to buy that gizzmo is going to cost about same as four wheels balanced so thought I'd have a play
