2007 Boxster S battery problem

Hey guys,

My old girl's Porsche's battery is playing up. I've had an Optimate on it for the last couple of nights and it has been driven for 30-40 minutes and stopped but it's not holding a charge.

Is this common?

I'd have thought the Optimate over night would have straightened it up.

She doesn't drive it much and the last few weeks she's probably driven her twice.

If its the original battery then its served you well. I had to replace the original on my 07 Cayman S earlier this year when it eventually gave up the game.
