There are at least three ways of doing this:-
1) Buy the exhaust system for the engine in your vehicle EG Escort crossflow system if you have a cross flow or Cortina/Capri system if you have an OHC with the standard cast exhaust manifold or Sierra if using the Sierra cast manifold (some of these had a twin outlet in the cast).
You then have the system modified (Shortened in length and in some cases to get good ground clearance the down pipe shortened) so it fits your Jago to your desired spec.
2) Go to a place that does custom exhausts (often they will do them in either standard steel(Aluminised or mild) or stainless steel (a good long term investment just be aware the silencers may require replacing/repacking during the exhausts life)and tell them what you want and leave you Jago with them so they can do the work.
3) Do what quite a few folks do and fit a down pipe (possibly shortened so it does not hang down too low) and just fit either one big silencer or two moderate sized silencers and have the exhaust exiting from under the side of the vehicle.
No matter which version you go for ensure that it complies with noise emission laws unless you wish to pay lots of fines for casuing a nuisance.
