Gearbox Oil change ?

Hi All,

I have had a quick look on the internet for a service schedule for my car.

I have looked and some people say to change the oil at 75K! and some say don't worry.

Should i worry about changing the oil in the gearbox?

Car:
Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI 2008(58) with 60,000 miles.

I changed the gearbox oil on my 2.0, petrol Focus and it made it a fair bit smoother. Worth doing IMO
