Might anyone elaborate upon why there is a Bremont logo, in the top right hand corner of this video.

Stumbled upon the video a few years back - If genuine, why would "Bremont" not withdraw the 'ad' - or have I eaten too many blue smarties and missed the point?

It looks more like a fanboy added the logo... You don't normally see companies jumping onto the bus, train car and plane wreck video bandwagon, it's a wonder the video hasn't been pulled.

In my opinion the video provides very positive vibes for the product. The pilot showed he had the balls to react to a life threatening situation cooly and professionally.

I am sure that messrs Bremont are delighted that such a man was wearing their watch !

I knew Andy from the North Weald Yak formation days, as well as some of our Mull jollies - considering the terrain he was over, the did superbly well to find a vaguely flat spot, just rather unfortunate about the dry stone wall at the very end. Haven't seen him for a while though. His video did, and still does, reinforce my belief that sooner or later, the donkey is going to die, and it will probably be at a particularly bad moment, and hence always try to devote a few percent of your mental capacity to have a constantly updated backup plan as to what you're going to do when it all goes horribly quiet - which is why I never did any open water transits in the Pitts - if you tried to ditch a Pitts, you would certainly find yourself strapped upside down in a rapidly sinking cockpit, probably with a concussion, and the (marginally) safer alternative of making a parachute descent into open water didn't exactly fill me with joy either.
