I don't get how a single employee managed to make this mistake:
"Cheap sunflower oil was being used instead of the virgin olive oil stated on the label of its pesto, which was available under its brand name or as an own-label at leading supermarkets.
Instead of expensive Italia Grana Padano cheese, a cheaper Latvian cheese was used, while basil supposedly grown locally in fact was from Israel.
And, far from being ‘fresh’, the pesto was frozen in large batches."
