Price advice required please

Unfortunately due to house move I think I will have to consider selling the Cerb

Would like to price it sensibly in order to sell quickly, but obviously don't want to sell it too cheaply.

Spec as follows:

'97 4.2 in Rosso Pearl (non-faded)
24000 miles
3 owners
Full TVR History (although last one at indie)
Full cream leather
Air con
Nitron suspension
4.5 alloys with brand new Toyos
Stainless sports exhaust

Peninsula know the car well (previous owner) and have stated it is a good 'un. They were looking to buy it from the previous owner 12mths ago, although they are not buying stock at the mo (I have asked).

Any advice very welcome as the prices in the classifieds seem to vary hugely.
