Anybody know if you can get mud flaps for an Audi Q3 S Line model ? Audi don't offer flaps for S Line models but do for their SE spec.

So the mud flaps physically won't fit on the car because it's a different trim level?

Why do you want mudflats? Q3s can't handle any terrain that would warrant mudflaps!!

General road dirt splashing up the sides and rear flaps would help cut down on spray on the rear door and screen. Never said that I ever exepected it to do any form of off road work....just general road use. Where we live snow is our main issue and I trust the Q3 will work ?

I guess that's the compromise of having the bodykit then; you'll just have to clean it more often!

Being a new Audi, chances are it's white?!

Just had a telephone call from Audi Customer Service Dept saying that Audi don't do mudflaps for any of their S Line range because S Line models ride lower to the ground and fitting mudflaps might damage the car when going over speed bumps ! We are talking Q3, Q5 and Q7 models in their arguement here. So if you want mudflaps for any of these cars, please email Audi and the more people who request, they might eventually get the message ?

Hardly likely to happen though is it?

People buy the S line because it is lower and more sporty, most aren't going to care less about mudflaps.

Sadly, but I do think you are correct that no matter how much they are asked they will not change their opinion. Ironically if I had bought the Q3 SE model, I could have added mudflaps from the options page. Same applies to Q5 and Q7 SE models, and none of these sit lower on the road. Oh well, I had better buy a bigger sponge !

The additional Imagine on the S-Line range is repellent on a molecular level to mud, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Can't be that hard to make them fit surely...

I have a little Honda HR-V. It is not a Q3. However, it does have mud-flaps (we could swap cars if you want them badly enough?). Anyway, I removed them temporarily while having some bodywork fixed. I then put them back on a few weeks later. Seemed to make absolutely f*ck all difference to the amount of spray and dirt that was thrown onto the rear and sides of the car. I'm sure it made a difference to someone, somewhere, but not to me or my vehicule.
