No it does not - Makes AM11 DBS.
All that indicates, is the car was new between March and August 2011.
To the 'must-have-new' brigade, we have had 12 and 62 since then, so very third division.
£15,000 - what a cheek.
DBS 13 is available for £5,800.
The only number plate game that I play, is to have a few pre 1963 marks, ie. no year identifier. No need then to play the 'must-have-new' game, because it is not so obvious how old the car might be.
The best one that I bought was first issued in 1926, consists of two letters followed by three numbers, and cost £10. A few years ago though.
If the seller can shift this registration mark for the asking price, then they deserve a medal.
What the buyer deserves, I will leave open for comments.

Seen a couple of people do things like that. Best was a guy in Manchester who parked his car M1 NGE to the right of his wife's MEL 5. I saw that recently and was so impressed (even though I'd heard about it before) that I took a photo. Haven't got the photo with me right now, but I think it's now on a Range Rover and a Vanquish.
I can recall a friend years ago, back in my high school days, that was given some money when a member of his family died. He spent all of it on a very expensive number plate. Im not sure i should put the actual plate on here without his permission but I can tell you it was a single number (less than 3) and a single letter (lower in the alphabet than D). We used to laugh about it as it was put onto an old ford fiesta. As young 17 year old lads that liked to have nice cars, we couldnt understand why he had spent the money on a plate and not on a better car, or a house to invite the girls back to!
We all realise now that he was a rather sensible chap by doing this. He still has the plate, he is still a sensible chap, and the plate has done nothing but increase in value since the day he got it.

On the two daily drivers we have plates that are almost the same barring 1 number. One has 6 and the other has 9. Its surprising how many people it confuses, they dont instantly see the difference?
One of my work offices has an ANPR barrier and if we drive up without a couple of cars seperating us, it will not let us in!
