Classic's at the NEC
Discussion
Well, it was the wifes Birthday and the new mota hadn't had a decent drive yet so we decided to go to the NEC for the day, staying over at the Crown Plaza next door for her indoors bday.. Now i was going to take her some where nice and romantic and secluded but it was her idea to go to the classic show, she does like her cars too...
So finished work Friday, packed up the car, left early Saturday morning and headed down south, as it was her birthday i loaded her gifts onto hidden wee nooks on the inside of the car, it was like a wee treasure hunt enroute.. She thought she was only getting a card and 1 miserable gift.. No...
Anyway - arrived around 1pm, had a wander, drink and eats, stayed over night, had a great time - Sunday we were the first through the door.. Met Ed and Mike from Wheeler dealers, sadly when getting my piccie with Mike the camera started playng up so every image was backed up on my phone (hence good and bad images) just incase...
After meeting the Wheeler Dealers, i rushed back to hall 9 to the TIV stand, and from there on we'd tour the halls and various stands... Excellent, what a time..
While at the TVR stand, i saw a yellow wedge beastie and a blue hardtop, both racers.. I recognised the gent beside it, which turned out to be Mr Tank, so Mrs B and I introduced ourselves, we had a chat, nice fellar, and merrily went on our way...
Here's just but a few images of the day.. Shame people were getting in the way...Pah!

Hi Mark
The lighting is more than adequate for some people,
Sorry I think its down to the camera!
Some of the pics I have seen are great no problems then some are crap!
To have lighting used for studio pic in a building that size with the roof height etc would not be cost effective!

The lighting on the TVR stand was better than on some. I won't put them on here but there are some photos of the cars on the stand at http://www.pbase.com/wnoble/tvrstand
Evening gents n all..
I did say my camera started playing up, thankfully the phone did a slightly better job.. But the good news is I did purchase a camera while at the show, one that can be mounted on a bike, car or helmet etc for our run round some twisties next year in Europeland...
Anyway, they're just a wee snap shot of the show, which we both thoroughly enjoyed...
