Any good Photoshoppers on here?

Looking for a bit of a PH favour. I've got 2 photos, and I want the face of one, putting onto the other. I'm looking for a bit of a blend so that its the face but not the whole head. I shouldn't think it'll be big task but unfortunately I've only got LR now and no PS to call upon. Anyone able to do a 5 min photoshop?

Nothing special or risque, basically a picture of a well known character from a comedy a few years back a picture of my mate. I want to get him a mug for Xmas but was hoping I could get his mug blended onto the characters face!

Wasn't thinking risque - more a loss of the element of surprise (or whatever) that you might be seeking.

I always try to avoid this kind of thing! Believe me, I'm well versed in the ways of PH, but was deliberately attempting to steer clear of the usual! I have seen what happens when someone posts a picture of themselves (or someone they know) online. I know some just cant help themselves!
