Guys need some advice for the best investment car for around £10k ish. Can go up by a few more if needed

The main purpose will be for the car to hold its original purchase price enabling me to sell at a later point without financial loss any increase welcomed but not essential as the satisfaction will come from driving the car on the odd occasion.

I have convinced the wife that its a better place than just leaving in the bank.

Any suggestions welcomed

Thanks, couldn't see any db7's around budget but good call.

An old 911 would be interesting!?

Know nothing about lotus Elise. Any spec I should be looking for? Are the mileage sensitive?

Any other tips?

That would be my choice with maybe a Sapphire Cosworth just behind.

Reference the Clio v6 - does phase 1 or 2 matter? Prefer lights on 2 but need to remove my taste and look at investment.

Vx220t could be interesting for the summer months.
Like the idea of a tvr but don't know enough about the not to get caught short!

This was my first thought - 60s- early 70s mustang/camaro/mopar, provided its not a rotbox I don't think you'll go far wrong.
