It's pretty good but not the first bike engined polo.
There are a few of them knocking about, this one has been all over the net for years.

I'd certainly like to have a go. Perhaps when the engine dies in my mk2 polo bready then it might be time to do something similar.

Would love to see a PH'ers take on a Super polo...There are a few of them knocking about, this one has been all over the net for years.

To me though, it is another fantastic example of some fun engineering and building something purely for the sake of it.

So what is it? A rear wheel drive polo with 100-120bhp?
In a nutshell yes. There are a surprising number of bike powered polos.
You have to remember a standard mk4 polo is under 1000kg plus 100-120hp is more than double what most of these cars started with.
This is another example of a mk2F Polo coupe being used & abused. These earlier models top the scales at around 800Kgs, the even earlier ones 700kgs with a full interior. With no interior, a substantially lighter engine/drivetrain I expect these 900cc + engined cars are great fun.

The owner of the above polo also had a 6n polo with a ZXR900 on board.
