Technical Fault - Something's Not Right...

I'm receving this message on a more frequent basis at the moment. While I do love this place, it is becoming a little infuriating to spend 5 minutes or more writing a response to someone's post or thread, only to hit submit and get this message, only to lose everything I've written beforehand.

I'm having to copy every long post I make at the moment, and on the off-chance I forget to, I end up losing it all. Is there anything going on to fix any issues causing this 'error'?
