MAF sensor help?

Hi,

I have a V8 Discovery engine with a Lucas 3AM, 73242A, AFH55-1 Hitachi MAF sensor.

According to the net this can be replaced with a later type 5am ERR5198 sensor.

Does anyone know if this will work or not as it only has a five pin connector rather than the brown six pin as the original?

I have read something about this an if I recall correctly you need to speak to John Eales or Mark Adams.
