Paper Slurry at Apex Corner

Hey all,
Just wondered if anyone else had come across the load of paper slurry that was down at Apex Corner (A41/A1 junction) on Wednesday night.
I'm just trying to ascertain if it had been reported, as a friend had an accident on his bike because of it. Someone stopped to help pick the bike up and also fell over as it was so slippy!
Seems it was cleared up soon after so hopefully no-one else had an accident.
