Exciting Cars (£5k - £10k)
Discussion
Thanks to BeirutTaxi I've been greatly enjoying the Exciting Cars (£1k - £5k) thread.
But it got me thinking. What about a slightly higher price bracket? I know we could keep repeating this ad-infinitum, but I'm intrigued to see what the combined might of PH can come up with if the price bracket were a little higher - £5k - £10k.
For me it'd be something like this;

I know Mr Harris doesn't agree, but fantastic to see them starting to creep under £10k.
So come on, what would you do if you could afford that little bit more?

Great noise and performance for the money and strong residuals too.

Ace engine, noise, performance. But I would need to be very very blind to buy that.

With this one you get to have a good drive back from Italy too.

Yet for more money people are happy to buy a new age Impreza, Focus ST, BMW. None of which are lookers and are arguably less striking.Ace engine, noise, performance. But I would need to be very very blind to buy that.
Funny old world isn't it.

Looks nice.It's just when you read the bit about a new clutch and service in 2012 costing £6500.

Plus it comes with over £30k of service receipts.

A good Chimaera 430 or a really nice 430 BV was my first thought too.Today I'm fancying this for something a little different;

Pretty - yes, but I think the excitement would be mostly felt by your local Lotus specialists wallet when you turn up to get it serviced.Scrof said:
