I started drinking vodka as a substitute for beer a few years ago and seem to have developed a taste for it.
The right vodka, served on the rocks, really is a tasty drink. The subtleties of the flavour coming through with no mixer to mask it.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Smirnoff, but keen on Grey Goose, Belvadere and 42 Below. My favourite for a while now has been Snow Queen. Seriously smooth.
Anyone else care to share likes, dislikes and recommendations?
