How difficult does it need to be!

So, with sky at the moment, emailed them regards my renewal cost which was due in 2 weeks. Email back within a day with price.

A-plan, emailed them, no response but had calls from them, returned the call and ran through a new quote from start to finish (they had my details on file as i thought) so 10 minutes later hung up and then get another voicemail, but this time just saying we have come quotes. Why cant they just email me??!

Nowhere near as good as they used to be.

Nowhere near as difficult as you're making it. Just pick up the phone, ring them, answer all questions, credit card number, job done. Ten minutes.

I use them for my Jag, Pajero and previously for my Z32 and I've found them a pleasure to deal with every time.

Same for me - albeit with my cars and not yours
