Intermittent starting problem
Discussion
I picked up a 2007 Voyager 2.8 CRD but it has an intermittent starting problem. It starts with no problem most of the time but now and then it struggles. It doesn't matter if the engine is warm or cold and I don't think it has anything to do with the weather.
It's been to a Chrysler dealer twice now and diagnostics showed no faults plus it started without any problem when they had it.
Here's a video I managed to get of it not starting.

You may have an air leak in the diesel line which is allowing the diesel to drain back to the tank. Your repeated starting attempts finally get the fuel back up to the engine. Does the car have a method of manually priming the pump? If so next time it does it stop trying and prime the system and see if that works.
