I am up to no-good again! 
I want to 'form' some interior sill-caps with some ABS sheet I have coming to give a good finish to the bottom 'reveal' just below the window, and will serve nicely to finish the join between the two fabrics I have covered the doors with.
Problem I have is that I thought of this idea at the wrong time, i.e. after I covered the doors, and it would be a nightmare to strip off again.
The sheet will be heated by either heat-gun in-situ, or oven and then laid in place over the sill, but I can't use my doors as the moulding exercise might just be hot enough to melt the headliner brushed-nylon fabric!
Is there anyone who has bare doors around my neighbourhood who would not mind me coming up to try the idea/ play? Obviously I would happily cover if anything untoward happened, but unlikely.

Totally bespoke it is!I did not like any of the std offerings, or add-ons, so set about dreaming something up, loosly taking the Porsche 911 dash idea and then making my own interpretation. The Centre-console and dash front were also dreamt up as I wanted one to 'flow' into the other.
All this took several years of part time work mocking up, trashing, mocking up again, changing...you know the score... TBH I never knew how it would end up. However I am reasonably happy with the end result!
