I've never done a track day and fancy getting the MX5 db checked. Do they allow you to have a mosey round?

Dont know Javlin but most organisers are happy to have a chat about how it works, once registration etc is over and most drivers are usually happy to chat - when not driving smile - especially if you have a similar car.

From my experience, Donington track days only test 'drive-by' noise, no static test.

Donington is all done on the driveby and I'm not certain if they even have a noise meter for static tests but I would expect that ours would still be in the van. If you want it testing then wait until everything is underway and then have a word with Sue & Lee in one of the end garages and they should be able to get Bob to check it for you.

Hi Ross
Good to meet you today and I'll second the noise it makes!
Got a few uploading now (link to follow) and I'll put all (dont ask!) of them on Dropbox for you, if you want to email me your address.
Mike
