Space saver tyre

As title suggests, does anyone use or suggest a space saver rim for the Cerbera? I've been told it is a jeep stud pattern?
All suggestions welcomed, what do you use?

I wish I'd had a space saver when I got my puncture!
I emptied a can of tyre-weld in and it just blew out through the 3 inch rip in the tyre-wall!

In Cerbera number one I had two blow outs in one week (one at slow speed with then v small kids in the car) and a second at high speed on the A3. The second one was laughable - stuck on the A3 (not far from David Batty's place), I asked the AA for a low loader. They sent a tyre van after 2 hours who said he didnt have a 255 35 18. Then they ordered a low loader which took another 2 hours. I think they took me to APM.
