Have been away for a month.....my 2009 Boxster ....Help

Opps.... as I was to be away for a month, I connected a solar trickle charger via the cigarette lighter socket, now I have lossed the touch screen, radio, and all info, any is now in GERMAN ! all may have returned to factory mode ! Can I reset this and HOW, please. THANKS B

The first thing I would to it get the battery charged properly either with a proper conditionier such as a Ctek which you can do in the car, or get it out and get it charged
