FWD,AWD,RWD. Front Mid or rear engine?

I pick up my new car tomorrow, a Cayman S Sport. It's the first time I have owned a mid engined RWD car. I then thought about the last 5 cars I have owned and they have all been different configurations.

Megane RS250 - Front engined, FWD
996 Turbo - Rear engined, AWD
Koleos - Front engined, AWD
996 Targa - Rear engined, RWD
BMW 325 - Front engined, RWD

All I need is a Mid engined AWD for the set or is there any mid or rear engined FWD cars around?

There have been rear engined FWD cars, but not recently and not many.
