Ball joints on GTO-3R

Hi all.

I'm constructing Noble GTO-3R for trackdays in Russia.
I'd like to set new aftermarket ball joints on upper arms on front and rear suspension. Is it possible to find ball joints from different car manufacturers? May be Ford, etc? It's very difficult to buy OEM Noble parts in Moscow
