My digital camera has a video recording facility, but it is limited to 30 seconds. A 30 second clip is about 2 meg so I don't know why it can only record for 30 seconds? It must be something Minolta decided, but I dont know why. Is there any way to modify it so that i can record for longer?
Its a Minolta Dimage G600
PS. i cant find any settings that allow me to change it.
Cheers

It's probably limited to the size of the camera's internal buffer. Nothing you can do.

Yes there is - buy a camcorder and do it properly!
